Fromme Sunday Strong Intermediate/Advanced

Sunday Mt. Fromme Ride.

Plan on riding some combination of 7th secret (which is totally clear and in fantastic condition right now), leopard/crinkum crankum/kirkford, pipeline, ladies only, executioner --depending on who joins the ride and what people are comfortable with. 2 to 2.5 hrs.

Strong Intermediate/advanced skill level, moderate pace.

You can park at or below Coleman on Mountain Highway. Give yourself about 10 mins to pedal to the second gate from there.

The weather report calls for light rain in the morning and cloudy with showers in the afternoon, so as long as it doesn't pour, I'm up for it.  Check back here around 1030 in case of updates.

the rain held off... got lucky.... pedalled up to Espresso from below Dempsey in 40 mins... checked out the new trail work which, IMO, amounts to the Mary Hill Bypass!
