Samz Pub in Poco still has 1.00 Taco Tuesdays after 5 pm and this used to be one of our most popular night rides so let's get it going again!
The go to for this ride has been Burke and Burke will be a regular destination. We will however make this ride more accessible to everyone by doing some casual weeks with various loops on the Poco Trail, Coquitlam River Trail, Colony Farm and Riverview Forest Trails.
Some of these trails are multi use and much more open than the forest trails so a highend off road light system won't always be required. Good quality commuter lights will work and they will be supplemented by those who do have more powerful light systems.
These rides will be casual and great for beginners and begin-termediates most of the time and occasionally they will be more advanced if we head up Burke. As always the skill level, fitness level and pace will be included in the description each week.
We usually ride rain or shine except when its really wet or windy and crappy. Those calls are made the day of the ride so always check to see if we are riding before you leave. On the nights weather cancels the ride we could still go to Samz for the tacos and we'll let you know if that's the case.
This ride is currently repeating for the first Monday of each month. Members are encouraged to post this ride on the off weeks and if folks want to be regular hosts we can make this a weekly repeating ride.
See you out there!
