You've been mountain biking for at least one year or have decent general riding skills and good fitness.

You're capable of controlling bike speed and direction on moderate (green and blue) single-track.

You can handle terrain that is slightly technical, with smaller rocks,  roots,  and some drops. You may get off your bike and walk when the terrain gets technical.

You can climb on single-track as long as it is not too technical.

Richard - thx for organizing! I'm glad you changed the ride plan. I wouldn't of survived the climb to bobsled and then another climb to Espresso. With that said I would of endured making up to the last switchback to ride 7th Secret & link it to Espresso ;)

Well, we are definitely doing that again! Great ride and Expresso is going to be fun when it's finished! A few gnarly bits to keep your ego in check... but otherwise all "Ace" rollable. Lots and lots of riders again - rush hour has sure hit Fromme! But the trail wasn't too bad... Here a link to the GPS: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/514105141

Bummer - heal fast - there is always fall riding.
