Lower Burke - Begintermediate

We will ride some of the mid and lower trails... First up to Overtime, then back up and try Garbage!  We'll then ride Dawg, loop back to do Ray Ray`s or Tyler's and finally out on Hustler.

Relaxed pace...

Riding level: Begintermediate*

These trails are a good progression from Burnaby Mountain.

If you have questions - send me a message or post a comment.

* Begintermediates

You’ve been mountain biking for at least one year or have decent general riding skills and good fitness.

You're capable of controlling bike speed and direction on moderate (green and blue) single-track.

You can handle terrain that is slightly technical, with smaller rocks,  roots,  and some drops. You may get off your bike and walk when the terrain gets technical.

You can climb on single-track as long as it is not too technical.
