Laps of Fromme

Here's the plan! Something different. Up to Kirkford, then out to the FSR, up to Floppy Bunny, up the FSR, down Bobsled!

After all that, maybe lower Griffen?

This will be a "Begintermediate Progression" ride. With a lot of cardio. If you're new to mountain biking, this won't be for you. Also not suitable for "pushers" we're riding up and down this time. (Even if it's slowly)

Blue runs should be what you look forward to riding. Perhaps they're starting to feel a bit easy? You must be familiar with mountain biking. Comfortable in steep terrain. Capable of navigating down almost anything (even if it's walking your bike). *****************************************************

Great group of riders! And a fun change to the typical fromme ride! We'll have to do it again.
