Spring has sprung in Vancouver!
The time has come to unite and practice some sun salutations to encourage the sun within us to shine!
I'll be updating our calendar within the next few weeks for some yoga'ing goodness!
Anybody with a regular yoga practice or who are new to yoga are invited to share a moving meditation of breath, energy and compassion. Modifications will be offered to seasoned yogis or those just beginning.
Vinyasa flow classes will be led by myself and hopefully, our beautiful and amazing assistant organizer, Jenn will be able to guide some classes as well! Anybody else interested in teaching, please contact me.
