Hi there.

Just quickly. if you want to hack on things why not try to find people that might already have a proven idea to work on rather than find a new idea?

You might have a better chance at finding the right people.

There was a couple of people at the meetup tonight wanting these types of team (founder) types.

You could try co-founder dating to find more like minded hacker types.
