Speaking utterly last minute, there is this meetup too!!

A Studio Ghibli marathon has been running all month and we are catching the very tail end of it. I couldn't host any of them due to all the Christmas confusion and am just barely getting this one in.

So these will be the two movies showing this day:

Only Yesterday: http://www.thecinematheque.ca/castles-in-the-sky-miyazaki-takahata-and-the-masters-of-studio-ghibli/only-yesterday

My Neighbors the Yamadas: http://www.thecinematheque.ca/castles-in-the-sky-miyazaki-takahata-and-the-masters-of-studio-ghibli/my-neighbours-the-yamadas

You can choose one or both. The double billing is $13:50 while watching one movie is $11.50. Students pay less at $12.00 and $10.00 respectively

You can prepurchase your tickets with a printer at this link: http://www.thecinematheque.ca/nightly/2013/01/3

The whole thing will end either 10 or 11pm. I'll call tomorrow and confirm.

Those coming the first movie and meet us at the theater at 6:00pm either in lineup or in the lobby. If your coming for the secound movie then we will be in the lobby for a short while before 8:45pm. Either way, if you can't find the meetup then be sure to call or txt me at[masked]-8925.

Also wanted to point out that "My Neighbors the Yamadas" and "Porco Rosco" are playing at that theater on January 2nd.  I can't host it myself but if any members want to get together that day then I recommend they collaborate it in the message area here or on the message board. Thanks to Dianne for pointing this out to me. Much appreciated.

Should be a fun night out.  Hope to see y'all out.
