My husband and I are new to Chicago and are looking for some people to share our love of vegan cuisine/food science and are want to meet up for beyond the basics fun. We have both previously been professional chefs but are now pursuing other careers. We love to push boundaries and experiment!

fermentation of just about everything (husband)
cookie and beer pairings (me)
If people are interested maybe we could set up monthly (possibly bi-weekly) meet-up, could have a common theme or ingredient, or could be bringing our own interests into the mix for others to try (open to suggestions of course)
