Anyone can join, whether or not you're a vegan, vegetarian, animal welfare activist, green environmentalist, intellectual, or nerd. All you need is an interest in what we do.

We get together for a variety of events. They can be for social, ethical, and / or intellectual purposes. We encourage all members to suggest event ideas, on the Message board, or at a meeting. Some events we have include:
2. Socials at restaurants, bars, or coffee shops
3. Activism - volunteering at vegan soup kitchens, leafleting, protests
4. Literature discussion (generally genre or author specific)
5. Other topic based intellectual discussion / debate (i.e. ethics, psychology, philosophy, etc.)
6. Vegan cooking classes
As you can see, some events aren't inherently veg*n related, and some aren't inherently intellectual. We welcome a broad range of members.
