I don't attach a label to myself because I don't like labels as they separate, confine, even isolate a person which can lead to unmerited judgement and criticism. Our differences aside, people are more alike than we are different. I think at 10 I thought vaguely about animal suffering and started to modify my diet a little. Then became a vegetarian soon after. Without ever knowing what happened to create my meal, I could imagine. The cruelty in the dairy industry caught me by surprise.
Hi, I'm Joe. stop abusing animals even if they are only "lowly" food animals. They give up their entire existence so we can live fat happy carefree lives.
