I enjoyed the Will Tuttle talk and music (and the food of course) at Unity Church.
Regarding Forks over Knives, it is available on Netflix.com online streaming, for free if one signs up for the 30 day free trial (but don't forget to cancel, or your credit card is debited $8 at the end of 30 days). It is a great video. I went to Dr. Esselstyn's day long educational session at the Cleveland Clinic. Although I have had various communications with him over 15 years, it was great to meet him in person for a review. Like Joel Fuhrman, Dr. E is now emphasizing greens over grains. That is a change I have made to my diet, so I now eat greens 3X a day.

There is a free showing of "Forks Over Knives" in Unity church of Peace in Ada on Wednesday (Oct. 5th)
Listen to world-renowned cardiologists share their research findings on reversing diabetes and heart disease WITHOUT DRUGS. Afterwards, and schedules permitting, there will be a Q&A via Skype with one of the documentary’s producers.
The show runs 90 minutes and it starts at 6:30pm. The church is located at 6025 Ada Drive, Ada, between Alta Dale and Fox Hollow on the north side of the road.
Hope you don't miss this chance to see it if you haven't watched it!! Kim
