I started for health reasons, but as soon as I let go of the last animal "food product," I had an ethical reboot!
Mangos. Chik'un fried seitan. Avocados. Chocolate tofu silk pie. Apples and peanut butter. Coconut milk ice cream. Roasted root vegetables. Rice pasta.
Hi! I'm a bit west of you (in the Happy Valley), but I thought it would be nice to visit and see what you're all up to. :) I've been vegan since 1987, so August 2013 will make it half my life!
