At Harvard, as a graduate student, I thought that the use of the world's resources had something to do with what humans ate and that, if I were to become an example, voluntarily or involuntarily, I should model the best possible way, which was vegetarian, then I realized later would be vegan. Lots of luck we've had with making the best choices. Lots of luck we've had making a 'movement', too!
Water - really! Anything else is habit-forming (and has calories).
Great organization, and it was GREAT to see folks who drove that many miles each way to get there BUT not great to consider what that driving did to the shared ecosystem.
