I make a fermented foods and eat them daily. They catalyze digestion and make me feel energized and youthful. My favorite food this summer is a fermented raw bitter greens, made with dandelions, kale, apples, pears, onions and garlic and Celtic sea salt. It's a condiment paired well to lighten any meal. And to freshen up after this heat wave I drink beet kvass.
I love to be alive and have fun. And my version of fun is cooking and eating real whole delicious foods and connecting with people that share the same passions.
