Bagara Rice Recipe

Rice - 2 cups
Onions - 2 Medium sized(cut straight)
Green Chilis - 3 chopped
Carrots - 1 (Cut long)
Green Beans - 5 (Cut long)
Mint Leaves - 1 small cup
Bay leaves - 2 or 3
Cloves - 3 or 4
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Caraway seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt - as req
Oil - as req

1) Heat oil in a pan
2) Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon and caraway seeds. Fry for a while
3) Add onions and green chilis and saute
4) Add carrot and beans and saute until slightly cooked
5) Add mint leaves and salt for a couple minutes
6) Add rice with 2 cups water
7) Transfer contents to rice cooker and cook until rice is done.
