Vegan 'mabo tofu' and a daikon dish made with a soy sauce-based broth and 'cotton' tofu.
I've been a vegan for 17 years...still going strong.
The idea of leaving a small footprint on the earth, the respect it shows to all living things, and the feeling of lightness it brings.
Deva Deva / Nataraj is also great
I like the challenge of finding new vegetarian/vegan/vegan-friendly restaurants, but, when someone else does the homework for me, all the better.
Good company, good food, good atmosphere.
