Vegan Grocery Shopping Tour at The Wedge Co-op!

Are you newly vegan, know someone who is or looking to expand your plant-based diet? Join Melissa Maaske, vegan mentor through Vegan University, as you're guided on a tour of The Wedge co-op. You’ll learn simple tips for reading labels, discover products you've overlooked in the past, and have your questions on veganism (https://www.meetup.com/vegan-415/events/65067572/) answered. With help from Melissa, you can make ethically sound and health-conscious choices about what you eat!

It's helpful if you bring a small notebook and a pen so you can take notes. Most people also like to go grocery shopping immediately after the tour because they discover amazing products they want to try, so bring your reusable shopping bags (https://www.meetup.com/vegan-415/events/65067572/), too, just in case. ;)
