Vegan Holiday Cookie Exchange!

Please join the Animal Rights Coalition at one of our tastiest events! Spend your afternoon sampling delicious vegan cookies. Whether you're seeking new recipes or need goodies to feed holiday guests, come to our annual holiday cookie exchange.

To participate, bake 4 dozen of one type of vegan cookie (vegan means no dairy, eggs, butter, or any animal products). Bring a written copy of your recipe or email it beforehand to Dallas at [masked]

This is a really fun, tasty event, and a great opportunity for socializing and while sipping on a cup of joe.

I'd like the recipe for the cookies with the nuts and cranberries and the chocolate chip cookies. Yum!

I'm glad people liked the sugar cookies! Here's where I got the recipe: http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/12/01/healthy-sugar-cookies/

In my cookies, I used white spelt flour, white sugar, almond milk, and coconut oil (the recipe has many variations/options so just wanted to let you know what I used in my cookies). I also think that her suggestion of refrigerating the cookies for 10-15 minutes before throwing them in the oven helped make them soft :)

Thx! I love her blog. I've also made her snikerdoodle cookies and her pumpkin coconut cream pie in the past and they were both hits for the holidays.

I would like the recipes for the coconut drops (with the chocolate on the bottom) and the sugar cookies if possible.. those were my favorite :)

Can't wait to meet everyone and eat all the cookies I shouldn't be eating. They're all healthy, right? ;)

Are we allowed to bake recipes that are not our own (but give proper credit?)

Yes! It's just an exchange, not a contest. :) But, if you are into original recipe contests, be sure to come to our annual vegan hotdish cook-off in February!
