Vegan Runner's Meetup!

Don't worry: We are not stopping the vegan running fun!

We are going to meet at Fort Snelling State Park this time. The trail is scenic and shady.

We will plan to meet in the parking lot near the dog park (entrance at Hiawatha and E 54th St., see picture below).  There is plenty of parking in that area. Look for other folks huddled around including Melissa M., Melissa S., and Kris Anne in vegan wear.

We'll do a distance of 3 miles and no vegan will be left behind!  We may have to break into two groups: faster and slower...

After running, we could go out to eat or for drinks if people are interested!

Oh gee I have only just done 2 miles non-stop but this sounds like fun but can I do 3 miles without falling over dead? I don't know. I so want to be active. Let me know what you think? [masked]

Hi Virginia! I think we have some walk/jogger folks who would be perfect for you to run with. You don't want to push it too hard, of course. I'll probably be taking the slightly faster group out, if we're splitting off, but I can mark the trail at the 1 mile mark so you'd know where to turn if you don't want to do 3. Or you can stop when you feel comfortable, walk a bit, and we'll pick you up after we turn around and are on the way back out. :)

I can't make it out that far, but if anyone is interested in regularly running at powderhorn (slowly), let me know!

Yes, Caroline! Please bring your four-legged friend as long as he or she will be comfortable running in a group of humans on some slightly uneven terrain. :-)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
