    FYI - Pomegranates, goji berries, all berries, are loaded with anti-oxidants. Mangosteen skin powder kills leukemia. Research from the China Study also revealed that eating meat and dairy increases or starts cancer tumors, and abstaining from them will shrink them immediately, and a plant-based fresh food diet will rid and prevent them entirely and naturally without medical intervention. Cancer risks for vegans and vegetarians increase with: All GMO foods, smoking, stress, overeating, drugs, vaccines, processed soy, aspartame, MSG, coffee, processed sugar, sodium chloride (ALL forms of salt - the mineral sodium is what we need found in all fresh plant foods) A low fat raw vegan diet of at least 80% up to 100% keeps me vibrant with no wrinkles at 61, never sick or with any chronic pain, and rid of dozens of allergies for 15 years now.     For those interested in preventing and fighting cancer - Guanabana fruit, or soursop, has been shown to be 10,000 times more effective than chemo at getting rid of cancer.
