I love the flavor of (Vietnamese soup) pho but--- even as a current meat-eater--- I'm sketched by the 'grease' and some of the ingredients. These recipes were published in today's NYT and they sound so delicious. I'm wondering: maybe a pho/film party sometime? The stock could be made ahead of time and ingredients added to individual taste. At any rate, I wanted to share the link
