Bring more energy into your life with raw foods! You will learn everything you need to know to get started preparing health-supportive raw foods at home. We will cover equipment, ingredients, temperatures, dehydration, sprouting, juicing, smoothies, raw soups, entrees, snacks, desserts and more.
The workshop will run both Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 4:30 pm each day.
There is a minimum of 10 participants to run the weekend.
