Join us to discover how to transform seitan and tempeh into satisfying dishes inspired by NYC's Candle 79 Restaurant and Real Food Daily in L.A.. Chef Christine will show you how to make your own homemade seitan from scratch. We will then prepare Orange-Glazed Tempeh Triangles, Sesame-Crusted Seitan with Edamame-Mint Sauce, Tempeh Cakes with Orange-Fennel Salad, and Salisbury Seitan with Vegan Gravy.
