Very peaceful choices should be TWEAKED to optimize the experience of the caring person who MAKES those peaceful choices.

The Annual Boston Vegetarian Food Festival HELPS vegetarians and vegans who ATTEND the event to understand the implications of choices we may possibly make and to appreciate by foreseeing likely consequences by comparing the results of similar choices by others with their choices' statistical outcome.

Magnificent as always. I "caught up with" Sproutman, whom I've known for decades, and met his family, and they are marvelous. He, his family, and his business are doing very well. We only wish he could ALSO manage to play the piano and do his stand-up musical comedy around raw living foods again. I spent MOST of the day upstairs listening to lectures and watching food demos. The food demos fed us pretty well. The educators were magnificent, but what is REALLY worthwhile is Dr. Michael Greger (MS, of the HSUS, also a Tufts Medical School alum for the MD and Cornell alum for the undergraduate Nutrition degree).
