Are you looking to see the film that has moved many people to a plant-based diet?  Are you looking for a film to which you can bring your vegan-skeptic friends?

This film answers why despite the most advanced medicaltechnology in the world, are we sicker than everby nearly every measure?  Cases of diabetes are exploding, especially among our younger population.

Why are about half of us are taking at least one prescription drug and major medical operations have become routine?  Heart disease, cancer and stroke are the country's three leading causes of death, even though billions are spent each year to "battle" these very conditions.

Could it be there's a single solution to all of these problems?

The film "Forks over Knives" examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting animal-based and processed foods.

After the showing there will be plant-based treats and a short discussion. Dr Matt Leberman, featured in the movie and the author of “Keep It Simple, Keep It Whole: Your Guide to Optimum Health.” will attend the discussion by Skype.
