I am originally from New York, studied Fine Arts in Brooklyn, traveled for a few years, and moved to Seattle 4 years ago to experience the West coast. Of course I love it :) I have been vegan for the past 4 years and gluten-free for the past 2. I use my business, Fire and Earth Kitchen, to offer regular, steady support to the veg, veg-curious, and GF communities of Seattle. I offer monthly group (or private) cooking classes, food coaching (for transitioning to new veg or GF diet), and personal chef services.
