Sure, we altered that a little, but it doesn't matter. The sentiment is the same... let's EAT!

Vegetable paratha, spicy Bombay potatoes, crispy fried veggie samosas... hungry yet? Join us at Star of India in downtown Ferndale on Saturday, April 21st for a delicious vegan dinner!

Location:  1/4 block West of Woodward on busy 9 Mile Rd.

Prices: Low to moderate.
Samosas run around $2.50 for 2, paratha is around $2, and veggie stuffed paratha is around $4.  Dinners run approximately $9 - $13, from what I remember.

Area:  Awesome!  Plenty of parking on the street AND behind the Star, where there's a large lot AND a back entrance to Star.  Note that the meters behind Star are quarters only, so bring a few.  Meters run until 10 PM.

Special interest:  The Rustbelt Artist Market.  Just a few doors down from the Star lies our largest local artist market where you'll find loads of handmade crafts and refurbished treasures.  Fun to look, great to shop locally, and while many of the artists are set up there on a permanent basis, the market does see a lot of changes week to week.  There is almost always a baker who offers vegan goods there, if you want to pick up a little something sweet for after dinner.  Rustbelt closes at 7!

Please RSVP, and do check back to update your RSVP status if it changes.  Thanks, and hope to see you there!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
