Introduction
I'm an ethical vegan (since 2004/veg since 2000), and I eat a plant-based, whole food diet. I believe very strongly in animal rights, and was a volunteer/on the board of directors of Animal Acres (animalacres.org) in L.A. before moving here in 2010.
