Hi Dave my name is Lou Vidaillet I own Topics in Lincoln Park. We are a locally owned coffee shop that offers a variety of vegan friendly menu options, including almond milk, soy milk, quinoa salad and vegan pastries. We also have a 15 person private meeting space and would enjoy hosting your next meetup. Our website is www.topicsusa.com
I love your motto: Motivated by compassion, guided by reason. And I love your logic links. I wish I lived in Chicago now. Vegan without the crazy. Perfect.
I like the squirrel on your head!
HI Dave -
Hi Dave! I wanted to ask a question. I have been a vegetarian since 2009 and am looking to move to veganism. Is it OK that I have joined this group and plan to come to dinner next Saturday? Love the inspiration...and hope to exchange recipe and restaurant ideas. :)
Hi Dave, I am hosting a screening of the film, "May I Be Frank - A Film About Sex, Drugs and Transformation" at the Portage Theater on May 13 & 14 at 7pm. I think it may be a good event for a meet up. When you have a moment, please check out the trailer at mayibefrankmovie.com or here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZNKlU... Please let me know what you think.
Hey there, I'm confused... is this meet up for vegan religious jews only or for everybody who is vegan in chicago?? the cause of my confusion is the organizer has a big ass red Jewish star with a rabbit as a main photo of this meet-up. I'm a christian and I wouldn't have a big ass cross as a main meet-up photo if i was an organizer and I want everyone to feel welcomed, so can I have some clarification please?!!
Thanks Dave! Great to be here.
