I'm looking to meet like-minded people. Although I love my career as a university professor, it's hard being vegan in Northwest Indiana.

Alright, I think I'm just starting to figure this thing out. I was unable to discover how to greet each person individually, but now I see that this Meetup is like Facebook where everyone has their own "Wall" and the groups main page. Please accept my apologies for not being aware of this or greeting each of you as you joined.
I also notice the right pane and I relate that to Facebooks "Ticker" for latest news. Maybe I'll surf YouTube to see if there are any Meetup crash courses. -
