This session will feature around 10 short videos that provide an introduction to veganism.
They'll last about an hour all up.
The videos will start with an overview, A Life Connected, then:
* see whether you can have muscle and be fit on a vegan diet
* provide some meal ideas
* look at an interview with a 70 year old eating a vegan diet
* consider the issue of animal use.
You'll be able to ask questions about the videos after they've finished.
