Introduction

I havn't had meat since the age of 12 when I got my first experience of a slaughter house on a field trip. I have always been an animal lover and have been vegan for around 4 years I don't plan on ever turning back.

What do you think is wrong with eating animals?

I would never even think of going out to kill an animal myself for food so why should I pay someone to do it for me. I just think in this day of people having everything pre-packaged for us we have become hypocrit's about what we do and how we eat.

Do you have any Companion Animals?

I personally own a cat and a bunny. But living in my house there is also a dog and 2 turtles.

Tell us a little bit about yourself!

Well I'm in college right now. I eventually want to get my PhD in Environmental Sciences. I currently do what I like to call "trash art" as a hobby.

How do you define your lifestyle? (eg. vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, etc.)

Vegan. I love animals therefor I don't exploit them in any way.

What interests you in a vegan diet?

The lives of innocent animals, the environment, ethics and I love the crazy looks people give me when I tell them I don't eat anything that comes from an animal.
