I have several cats: Ojitos and Blue boy (who actually goes by many names: Zero and Little Grey cat).

Tell us a little bit about yourself!

I recently made a lifestyle change to no more stress and living life each day to the fullest. I love staying active and being outdoors. I am a positive and loving person.

How do you define your lifestyle? (eg. vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, etc.)

I am a vegan who chooses not to eat red meat.

What interests you in a vegan diet?

I was a raw vegan for several years and it was the healthiest I ever felt. I have continued a vegan diet somewhat and want to learn more from others.

    Don't get crosstrainers. You need light weight running shoes, or walking shoes. Crosstrainers are not a good choice for this type of activity.

    Anna - Try to keep doing 6 miles on Saturday for several weeks. After your body gets adjusted to that you will be ready to start adding more. Are you getting in good workouts during the week too?
