What a great time! I loved meeting new vegan friends and the cheese was delish, especially the raspberry brie. :)

Kara, we really worked hard to make this event cost as little as possible. Its one of the least expensive events in LA & we still are able to donate a portion to the museum.

No I understand that. It sounds like a great event, it just is more than I can afford unfortuneately. Have a great time :)

Everyone will love the new location for the Animal Advocacy Museum. We went from starter space to the the space we always wanted in this beautiful 11,000 square foot building. Looking forward to seeing you at our event on May 3rd.

Is there other vegan food available for dinner or just wine and cheese?

    May 1, 2014

    • Lex

The cheese will be presented on crackers, etc, not alone, to my knowledge. While it won't be a meal it will definitely be a dozen appetizers.

Hi, can tickets still be purchased? I see in the description that the deadline was yesterday, but the registration link still seems to work. If registration is still open, I'd love to join :)

    • Lex

As far as I know you can still buy a ticket, if the purchase goes through you are in!

It would be great to offer the ability to buy tickets at the door for those of us who have variable schedules!

Lupe, according to their website's events calendar, the event goes from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m.: http://www.animaladvo...

    • Lex

Larry and all, the caterer has to purchase all the food today to have it prepared for the event, so right now we aren't planning to have any door slots available. Check in before the event just incase.

      May 2, 2014

  • Lex

We've nearly sold out on Tickets, but not everyone RSVP'd, this event is limited to 100 people, we have 15 tickets left!
