Come meet Laura Theodore from the PBS cooking show Jazzy Vegetarian! Laura will be joining us on Sunday, September 9th for a talk and book signing at Watchung Booksellers in Montclair. Copies of her newest book Jazzy Vegetarian Classics will be available for purchase. 


Laura Theodore, The Jazzy Vegetarian, is a popular vegan chef, television personality, radio host, award-winning singer and compassionate cookbook author. She is the creator of the Jazzy Vegetarian, and author of Jazzy Vegetarian: Lively Vegan Cuisine Made Easy and Delicious and Jazzy Vegetarian Classics. Laura is presently the on-camera host and co-producer of the Jazzy Vegetarian cooking show on national Public Television. She is also the host of the Jazzy Vegetarian radio show on Blog Talk Radio.
