For whatever reason -- health, love of animals or concern for the environment -- more people are eating meatless these days, and chances are there will be a vegan or vegetarian at your Thanksgiving table this year. This two-part course will show you how to make delicious meat- and dairy-free dishes that will please everyone this Thanksgiving, from appetizers to desserts.
This is a demonstration cooking class taught be Vegan Health and Lifestyle Coach Dianne Wenz and Vegan Chef Jenna Prochilo. We will provide you with printouts of the recipes so you're ready to make your own Thanksgiving feast at home. Come hungry, because food samples will be served.
The class meets twice: November 5th and November 12th, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
