Diagnosed with pre-diabetes and elevated cholesterol, Dr. Mary researched her extensive pharmaceutical options, and opted to modify her diet instead. Her blood sugar is back to high school levels and her cholesterol dropped by 70 points.

    Agree with David below.
    Dr. Mary was interesting and engaging with useful stats. I liked how she focused on the positives of a plant-based diet including getting protein through good sources- beans, spinach, healthy nuts, etc.
    I appreciated her showing how tweaking her typical breakfast, lunch and dinner selections could easily be made vegan.
    Informative , helpful and cheerful presentation!

    What a great presentation that Dr. Clifton gave. l learned so much about the benefits of being a Vegan full of interesting statistics. Her personal stories were interesting and funny. I'll make it a point to eat more grains and beans. Thank you. I'm glad that I went I really enjoyed myself!
