South of France 3 Course Vegan Dinner

Wednesday July 24th 5pm-8:30pm for seating, at the Bistro 185th with owner and Chef Ruth in charge of this fine cuisine for a 3 course dinner, starting with a Chilled Potato-Leek Soup. The Main Entree' is local and organic Ratatouille Couscous. Dessert is a local mixed berry tart served with silken Tofu Lemon Sauce.

We don't actually have one group meeting up there but you and all others are welcomed to RSVP a table for yourself at any time between 5 to 8:30pm.     Have been a vegetarian since 88 for health reasons as well as all that about the planet. And I cannot imagine eating an animal ever again. Or as my son said when we were preparing turkey (before 88) "Where is the turkey's face, mommy?" Just found this site. Good.
