Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr., MD, free presentation in Oberlin at 6pm

Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn Jr., MD is giving a free presentation based on his book, Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease at the Oberlin Public Library at 6pm.

If you have never heard Dr. Esselstyn's lecture, you will be in for a whirlwind lecture of medical truths, research and findings. If you've heard him before, you'll learn more!

Mrs. Ann Esselstyn, Dr. Esselstyn's wife, is incredible with her demonstrations and presentation of food choices following his lecture.  She is the Kale Queen and is a remarkable woman!

It is open to the public and there is no need to RSVP, located in the Oberlin Public Library, 65 South Main St., Oberlin OH, 44074 [masked]).

It was very, very good. Been to 2 other plant based diet talks lately and still learned a lot. Liked his wife's info on cooking and various items too. Very, very good.

Excited about meeting Dr. Esselstyn and thanking him in person for his revolutionary leadership in the medical field! My husband, Rattan and I became no-oil vegans in February, 2013. Rattan is already beaming with good health and energy. Both, his cardiologist and the kidney doctors are surprised with the almost near reversals esp. the kidney problem!! Also, looking forward to the rewarding food demonstrations of the "Kale Queen" and improve my poor culinary skills. Hopefully, finding and joining vegan meet groups would further help in attracting our ill-informed and critical family members and friends:)

Unfortunately I won't be able to hear him and his wife, as I have to work up until 8pm. I wish I could be there, though!
