Dr. Esselstyn was great, but the sampling being in the same place as where he was speaking was not good. People were so rude, as to talking about there products while he was speaking.
Someone should have spoke to the people to please be quiet and also, turn off your cell phones. I felt bad for Dr. Esselstyn too.......did you see his drenched shirt when he was done. Where were the fans, at least for him.

Dr. Esselstyn was great but hard to hear.

It turned out better than we had ever thought it would. The vegan food fest sampling was well organized with long lines and patient people. Even the Esselstyns found plenty of food to enjoy as each vendor made sure to provide no oil selections. Everyone quieted down when Dr. Essy started his talk. Audio equipment made it hard to hear in the back and the stuffy and hot auxiliary gym was quite uncomfortable, but everyone stayed! Standing room only. Dr. Esselstyn thanked Clyde 3 times saying that it was absolutely a wonderful job that he is doing and that Dr. Essy knew within 10 minutes that everyone attending were very attentive and eager to hear his lecture.

Could have done without the food sampling, but Dr. and Mrs. Esseltyn's talks were fantastic! Very informative and enthusiastic!

Dr. Esselstyn was great. It would have been nice if some inconsiderate people in the back of the room would have realized there were over 600 people trying to hear him (while he was dealing with a lousy sound system) and shut up once he started his talk.

The Esselstyn's were great; but the Food 'Fest' hawkers should have been outside the room, they were there to advertise their product and give away micro samples.

Very informative. Both Dr. Esslestyn and his wife made for excellent speakers. His wife impressed me as especially dynamic in her presentation.

Does the fest actually begin at 3p or 4p? I've seen both times advertised.

I have a catalog of it and it says 4:30! If anyone could clarify for us, that would be great. Thanks in advance!
