John Robbins speaking at the Living and Eating Green Expo

John Robbins rarely gets to this side of the USA. I remember flying to Chicago over 12 years ago to hear him speak in person. He is a dynamic speaker and is very convincing with interesting facts and research behind his lecture. His message is sure to inspire you. This is a great opportunity for us to meet John in person and to hear his message directly. A 'Not to Be Missed' Lecture!

John Robbins, (yes, son of co-founder Baskin and Robbins), is our Keynote speaker on Saturday, Sept., 8th, 2012 from NOON to 2pm in the Auxiliary Gym. Book Signing of his newly released book, No Happy Cows-Dispatches from the Frontlines of The Food Revolution. His own message to us is: "We are living in times of great planetary anguish. There is untold suffering and imbalance in people's lives. Many live with deep fear for the future. In such a time, what healing response is being called for? Is it possible for us to turn the tide, so that in our lifetime we may yet see a spiritual fulfilling, socially just and environmentally sustainable human presence on this planet? Can we meet illness and lack of balance in ourselves and others and transform them into wellness and strength?"

John Robbins' presentation is about facing the disease and pain of our times and responding with vitality, compassion and wisdom. Cost is only $50 for his two hour lecture. For those wanting to sit up front it’s just $75 for premium seating. John Robbins rarely travels to this side of the USA! This is a fantastic opportunity to meet him in person and hear his message directly! Advanced tickets can be purchased at

Having John Robbins fly into Cleveland to attend the Expo was phenomenal. He travels infrequently so he leaves as little of a carbon footprint as possible. To hear his story of how he, at the young age of 19, knew he could not live the lifestyle of his wealthy parents, living an unhealthy life and contributing to the poor health of the population, was incredible that he was so brave, courageous and BRILLIANT! He left all that behind him, married his wife and created a new life for himself and healed himself of polio and asthma. Wrote his books, had his family and the man is continuing to change the world.
