Please share with us what motivated you to transition to a healthier, plant-based diet and lifestyle .

I've read several books praising the benefits of a life-style of meatless eating. The health benefits have claims uncomparable by other nutritioal program.

Do you have any favorite foods or dishes?

I prefer soul food meals but willing to try other meals.

Are you vegan? Vegetarian? Veg-curious?
