Just one? I like all leafy greens, especially kale and spinach and chard.

Are you vegan? Vegetarian? Veg-curious?

lacto ovo but no milk or milk products. i will, however, buy/eat european-made cheeses.

If you are not vegan just yet, how is your transition going and how can we help?

I'm about 90 percent vegetarian now.
