For A healthy and ethical lifestyle. coming from the S.A.D (standard american diet) being constantly sick and having poor digestion, I became healthy and fit by the power of fruit and plants. I also learned ethics on my journey, we as humans have the responsibility to take care of the planet and all life on it, not over consume natures resources and harm people and animals. as a Frugivore' we humans aren't naturally capable of eating animals therefore let natures Carnivorous animals eat as they should....
Favorite Vegetable, Portabella Mushroom and Cauliflower. Favorite Fruit, Alfafa/Champagne Mangos and Bananas. Favorite Greens, Spring Mix (red and green) and Spinach.

LFRV/ Raw Vegan Fruitarian
I didn't meet the entire group as we were spread out, I'm not sure who was in the group but I did meet 2 people and they were great. I would have like to see an introduction made to verify who was in the group. I think the group could have been better organized. we didn't get to have dinner together as a table wasn't reserved for all parties. I enjoyed meeting the Minimilist but the Veg group needs better organizing.
