Originally I was trying to loose weight and eliminate health issues that I struggle with. I accidentally stumbled on the vegan lifestyle. It's been the best discovery ever!

Do you have any favorite foods or dishes?

Yes! I love corn, black bean, tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeño, onion, garlic, and brown rice all sautéed and tossed together!
