Please share with us what motivated you to transition to a healthier, plant-based diet and lifestyle .

This time I was inspired by the film Forks Over Knives with Dr. Esselstyn among others. About 60-70% of my motivation is for health but the rest is for avoiding harming animals and the environment.

Do you have any favorite foods or dishes?

That's tough but I might have to say onions since I put them in just about everything savory I make!

Introduction

I am a recent second time plantstrong vegan. I love cooking and baking and am enjoying re-learning the tricks and tips for being a successful vegan in the kitchen. I have some interest in raw foods but want to lock down my vegan skills first :).
