Please share with us what motivated you to transition to a healthier, plant-based diet and lifestyle .

So many things. Primary, my awakening to the horrors of where our meat and dairy come from and compassion towards animals. Health and ecology.

Do you have any favorite foods or dishes?

So many to pick from, but probably Brussels Sprouts.

Are you vegan? Vegetarian? Veg-curious?

Lacto-ovo. Try my hardest to find true free-range, organic and local milk, cheese and eggs. Fish. We still occasionally eat sushi made with fish, and occasionally will eat mussels or shrimp. I have not had red meat or poultry in almost a year.

If you are not vegan just yet, how is your transition going and how can we help?

I've been cutting back on all animal products for a long time now, but I guess I'd called myself a "Flexitarian", as I still occasionally eat seafood and dairy, but moving toward vegetarianism, and possibly veganism.
