Please share with us what motivated you to transition to a healthier, plant-based diet and lifestyle .

I went to see a presentation by a Cornell-based dietician George Eisman where I learned that a plant-based diet helps us avoid cancer by avoiding unnecessary (naturally occurring) hormones found in all animal products. This clinched it for me.
