Please share with us what motivated you to transition to a healthier, plant-based diet and lifestyle .

Am I 100% vegan, not yet, but its something I work towards everyday. What had me interested was the movie "Fat, sick, and nearly dead". That movie introduce me into the power of veggie juicing. I've always loved veggies but coming from a meat eating family, it was always kind of tough to keep veggies in the fridge. I love the way eating right makes me feel, it improves my thinking, helps my skin a great deal, etc

Do you have any favorite foods or dishes?


Are you vegan? Vegetarian? Veg-curious?

Have no idea what either means, lol. I enjoy vegetables and that's pretty much it.

If you are not vegan just yet, how is your transition going and how can we help?

I purchase my own food, look up recipes via the Internet, and just plain experiment with different meals.


What can I say, I love my veggies :)
